Excellent
We have been all over Europe and the Islands. That is by far the cleanest and most modern. The pillows, comforter and pillow top for the bed were all down---very comfy, just like home. We loved the bathroom so much, we would like to do ours at home...
51 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When checking in nobody offered assistance with our luggage.The Room was dirty when we arrived. The Staff were unhelpful and rude. There was nothing laid on for New Years Eve and considering the hotels location this was a major disappointment! They also didnt serve meals or offer room service after 7.00pm on New Years day! We may visit Naples again but will never stay in this hotel and will advise all our friends to look for alternative accommodation

Hotel is is completely remodeled and spotless from top to bottom. Water view rooms are worth the extra cost. The beds are very comfortable with high end pillow tops. Room had a large flat screen tv.
