This hotel made me feel comfortable: Very efficient check-in. Had requested a room upgrade online if available and this was done before we even checked in. Had a good continental breakfast, very comfortable beds, relaxed atmosphere with very nice amenities (soaps, lotions, etc. ) in the room.

The hotel did not have proper communication with the grille where 60 people in our group were supposed to have dinner for two nights. Consequently they were unable to handle such a large group. They were pleasant about it and refunded the money.
This hotel made me feel respected: They listened and tried to make things as pleasant as possible.

Very nice continental breakfast included.
This hotel made me feel excited: Didn't expect a downtown hotel to be as nice as this one was. Also very close to several of the things we had scheduled to do and see.
