28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I am a travel agent and booked an 8 person group booking with this hotel. At the time of booking I told them the agency that I was with and asked did they do travel agent bookings, the lady I spoke with said yes and took my travel agent info. When months went by and I never received my commision I called the hotel. I was never put throught to the manager and was told that they would not be paying me any commision. What they are doing is wrong and the should be ashamed!!!!!
