Loved the location, beach access - kids loved the pool. The check-in proces was very hectic. The room was to be ready by 3:00, did not get in until 5:00 - very frustrating. Overall the stay was good, probably would rent there again.

It is convienent, close to the beach with a pool and lazy river for the kids. The beach is not packed. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was nice. The room was typical of most of the decent hotels on the beach. The Staff was awful! Starting at check-in ( I had to speak to the general manager twice because of the rudeness of the front desk staff and manager) through the entire stay (maids did not bring wash clothes 3 of the 5 days - once they left a note that if we wanted them then we should go get them) the staff in general was less then concerned
Seriously needs updating and cleaning!!!

Horrible
Front desk staff was rude and acted like we were bothering them upon checkin and check out. The room #1705 is in serious need of updating. The furniture is torn and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The beds were squeaky and most uncomfortable. ...

No check in until after 4...staff was absolutley the worst I have ever experienced. No maid service and I was told it was because they were overbooked and needed to ready the rooms for check in. I guess once you are there they could not care less....

My wife, daughter and I stayed at ths hovel for 10 days in August 2008. The hotel is dirty and we had BED BUGS in our room. They moved us to another room without bugs, but it was still dirty (crusted dirt inside every cushion crevice).
That's the most important point, but the service, food and staff were also terrible. You are forwarned.
