The best thing about this place is the friendliness of the staff. Our 1st room was a king suite located under the front porch. The entrance was a door maybe 6ft. tall by 2 and a half ft. wide, no windows at all. If you are claustrophobic,as I am, this won't work for you. After 1 night they moved us to a queen rm. It was small, once again no views, the beds are bad, but the pillows are worse. The tap water in Charleston is terrible and they do not offer any bottled water in the room, so bring your own. The continental breakfast they offer consist of 1 croisant and a bowl of raisin brand cereal..Yummy.......Also there is no internet available in the room, nor iron or ironing board. I just think in the $200.00 dollar price range you could find a much nicer place to stay then here. The only person who benefits from the views at this home is the owner.
