Food: Terrible, lots of mold in bread, same food all the time

Coffee: Terrible

Drinks in Main Restaurant: Often you get it when you are done with eating and want to go.

Mosquitoes: Lots of them

Restaurants: Terrible, never know what you will get, no taste at all, sometimes get old food, service is a big zero

Amusement Group: Terrible. These guys are just like tourists, laying on the beach and doing nothing. No involvement, no service at all.

Resort: 5 stars? Yeah right. Would rate it 31/2 at most. It is mismanaged, looks old, at least 15 years old even though it was built 2 years ago. Mold on walls, paintings, and chair cushions.

One good thing: Guy working on the swimming pool. He is the only one doing something, while of course the rest of amusement group is lying down and watching. There is no way I would go back or recommend anyone going to this place.

There are many problems with this resort.

Everyone in my party and numerous other people I met at this resort developed painful stomach and intestinal problems at this resort. There were many bugs and ants on the main floor rooms.

The staff who do not normally receive tips from visitors are dismissive at best and nasty at worst. There does not seem to be anyone in charge, as employees frequently closed up their operations (bar grill, children's club, pool bar, 24 hr. restaurant) whenever it suited them.

Try visiting another country or if you have to, go to Varadero, try a five star.
