This Company Cheats their customers

If you want to be cheatted you should book your event or stay at the hotel. I booked an event here and was over charged with my hotel and my event was not the way I wanted. I was told that I needed security was charged for 15hrs of security when it was not needed. Not only that they only had security for half that time. I spoke with one of the guards and they told me the company only requested a guard for 6 hrs and the other guard I was paying for was patroling there other events, parking lot, and hotel bar.
And that was just security issues. The place is run down and the front desk was making many mistakes and my family received bad service.
I would not recommend anyone books anything here.
