It was a beautiful property in an outstanding location. It was spectacularly clean. It had a friendly and cheerful staff.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff is incredibly polite. Every staff person I encountered greeted me, including housekeeping.

It’s a very pleasant environment, polite clerks, and very clean. The conference room is well air conditioned even on extremely hot days. The lunchroom was prepared and food added to the serving tables fast. It looked fresh and tasted great.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have beautiful furniture, carpets, and mirrors.

I have stayed at this hotel three times. I love it! The staff is very nice. The view is superb. The rooms are lovely. I wish the concierge room were open on weekends. It's great.

This hotel made me feel content: I was comfortable and didn't need to leave the hotel.

I loved the waterfront view. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept in. The only problem was the check in the person didn't understand English very well and since our room was wrong we had trouble explaining the problem.

I wanted a smoking room and didn't get one. There was no remote control in the room for the TV. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. I had to travel down four flights to get ice.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The location was within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and nightlife. The rooms were of a nice size and they had extremely comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. The only complaint we had was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very powerful.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt content knowing that I got a great price for a comfortable hotel.

The experience overall has been fine, the only problem that I have had was with a problematic internet connection. The tech support people were nice, but ultimately I solved the issue myself. The room service has been fast and efficient, the cleaning has been good, my only other issue was that the room's snack bar has not been replenished.

The hotel had a great location, but check in was poor. The rooms were not ready at the time promised. Our bags were left unattended in the lobby when the doorman was supposed to place them in a secure place. The service in restaurant was poor, too. They charged the brunch to our room, but the server made someone in our party stay at the table to make certain that we were guests of the hotel. I stayed there for a major conference which included breakfast and lunch service. The box lunch service was poor. It appeared that they were not equipped to handle so many people although we had been at the same hotel several years before for the same conference and everything had run smoothly then. I was disappointed with my stay.

My experience lived up to the always high standard I expect from the Marriott! The staff is unobtrusive, yet always ready to serve. The elegant though understated elegance is a trademark feature which I look forward to enjoying.

I was treated very nicely, the doorman was very effective in handling baggage. The room service was efficient. I had a very comfortable room, but I would suggest sleep feature for TV and menu of channels available on the TV itself. The meals provided in room and within the restaurant were very good in flavor and texture. I was favorably impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of all the hotel personnel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They provided service from the moment I set foot at the hotel, holding my baggage while I checked in and personally escorting me upstairs, setting up the luggage rack in the room and placing my luggage on and near for convenient unpacking. They provided me with verbal information about services available and rechecking when I came downstairs that the room was correct, comfortable and provided assistance for immediate meal choices available. When leaving I had excellent personnel to assist in obtaining transportation and with checkout procedures.

It's a fine hotel with a decent view. It was as close as we could get to Camden Yards for the price.

My experience was excellent. I was there with the Baltimore-Washington Methodist Conference and all facilities were excellent, the service was good, the room was comfortable and the view from my window was fantastic! It was also very convenient to the harbor and other interesting places like Fort McHenry, the Aquarium, Fells Point, etc.

This hotel made me feel content: Everything I needed was there. It was convenient for all activities in which I participated. All personnel were helpful and pleasant.

We were not familiar with big city traffic and the area and when we saw the parking garage we pulled in -- we checked in and were not able to get luggage assistance from the garage to the hotel.
