Cleanliness, staff very friendly, location close to everything. The only thing I suggest is that you put a sign on your mini bar regarding system, I was not in the room when the bell boy explained to my daughter that just by pulling an item out it would automatically charge it to you account, I did pull out a bottle of water which I put right back when my daughter warned me about the way it works, but when I checked out I explained it to the front desk clerk and she was more than happy to remove it.

Pleased to have in/out courtesy for the 24 hours at the garage.Room was great out view was a rooftop and a construction site. Quick check in, helpful and courteous.

Horrible
Staff was friendly and interactive.Parking was in public garage so paid each time in and out, rather than one flat daily fee. Good location for those with a vehicle. Easy access to multiple routes for day time trips.

Location, price, name.Room fridge was dirty. $22.00 to park at hotel! Excellent hotel. Parking was expensive for an unsecured lot. Hotel staff took care of it though. Hotel is approx. 5 blocks from the inner harbor. Very nice experience...
