The people were very friendly and helpful when asked.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They took care of any problems that I asked them.

The only thing I was not satisfied with was the outdoor pool. Both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were very cold.

The only disappointment was the amount they wanted to charge guests for use of their gym.

The location on the Las Vegas Strip is very convenient. I like using the monorail to get around and there is a station right there. The room was large and comfortable. However, the hotel's buffet was not very good.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The Bally's hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, so getting from one attraction to another was quite easy. The bed was comfortable.

The location is good, the comfort and the service at the check in desk was great but the room service for towels was appalling. I did not expect a limitation on towels, especially having upgraded to a suite rather than a regular room. Other than restrictions on room service, I would recommend a stay at the Bally's hotel.

The internet access should be free and the bathrooms should be kept cleaner.

The hotel was wonderful. The Total Rewards staff was uneducated and rude. The hotel staff apologized for them, but they are a big part of the hotel and they better learn to treat guests with more respect.

I have been to Las Vegas many times, and staying in Bally's was the worst experience ever. The rooms were old and the carpets stained. The staff was extremely rude and wouldn't accommodate the smallest requests. The rewards and promotion desk were the worst of all. Don't expect to enjoy yourself if you stay at Bally's.

Our room was not cleaned for two of the three nights we stayed there. Also, I did not feel that, given what we paid, we should have paid to use the gym.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bally's hotel. The room was comfortable and the service was great.
