I was very surprised with the price and the actual room that was booked. The room was big.

I entered a slot contest. The Bally's hotels served three meals, wonderful meals to the contestants. It provided more perks than any contest provider has ever provided to the guests. My stay was great. It was my first time and I will go back.

They had really nice, clean, white blankets on the bed. There was plenty of space in the room. The elevators were always right there for you.

The rooms were not as clean as they should be and they did not supply enough towels for each day of stay. You can tell that the staff rushed in order to clean the room every day. The rooms were not cleaned well, at all.

The rooms were larger than I expected, the TV had no movie channels and fewer channels than I am used to seeing in a hotel. The location was excellent. Many shopping and dining choice were within easy walking distance.

The rooms are spacious and very bright and clean. I do not think the pool follow the same standards. It is too crowded, not very clean and not very comfortable.

The receptionist was rude about a hotel credit card.
