The toilet overflowed due to a previous guest. It took two calls to maintenance before they came to repair it.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I might recommend it to friends.

It’s a great casino, fairest of the lot. It has a better than usual buffet and restaurants. It has a good parking area and great security. Their Affinity card system works well.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were fine impromptu performances at Bally's and affiliated premises. They did very well during an extreme heat wave in Las Vegas.

I am very likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It’s a good value for the price and centrally located on the Strip. It’s in easy walking distance to other hotels.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were very helpful in getting to locations around town and providing options for different transportation needs.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was right on the Strip which was very convenient for us. It is very clean and I would recommend it to anyone. I actually managed to win at the slots which is a miracle!

This hotel made me feel excited: I am addicted to all the noise of those hundreds of slots and the noise they make.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

40 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

I stayed at Bally's during a trade show I had to attend two weeks ago. They along with the neighboring Paris hotel (both owned by the same company) were hosting. The Paris block of rooms were booked first leaving me with Bally's. It was a mistake. The employees were rude; i.e., when I checked in I said hello to the desk clerk and he replied gruffly, "name credit card"! My room was large, but very dated and dirty. The bath tube had stains and a leaky faucet. The furniture was old and looked like they picked it up at a second hand shop. A co-worker told me she had a renovated room, so I asked the front desk if I could change to a renovated room and was rudely told I would have to pay more money! I would not recommend this hotel, even if you're planning to stay a short time or planning to out most of your stay.

39 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

I have stayed at Bally's numerous times, and have always been treated like a valued guest. Even when they mess up (which isn't often) they more than make up for it.

On our honeymoon, my wife and I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost and without asking. The one time they messed up our reservation, they put us up at the Flamingo on their tab, and when it was straightened out, you would have thought we had just announced we had just bought the place. We got com-ped at the Buffett every night, and got free show tickets as well.

Whenever we go to Vegas, we stay at Bally's, and plan on doing so again.

The hotel has an excellent location on the Strip. It has wonderful amenities and the breakfast buffet was the best. The Strip was a little noisy in the middle of the night with multiple sirens awakening us and we were on the twenty first floor. We were not accustomed to hearing so many sirens.

I am very likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a great location on Las Vegas Belvedere and it is in great shape for an older Las Vegas property. The rooms were much larger than most Strip properties and they were very comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff including housekeeping and the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

I am very likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.

The Bally's Las Vegas hotel was in a good location for my needs and the room was larger than those at other Las Vegas hotels I am familiar with. The door to the closet was not working properly but the maid fixed it while I was out. The iron and the ironing board were very dirty and got spots on my shirt. When I asked the front desk clerk if the hotel had complimentary bath supplies I have gotten from other hotels, like a disposable razor, toothbrush or deodorant, he seemed very disinterested in my needs and just shrugged, saying they did not have things like that for guests. He did not offer to tell me where I could purchase them until I asked. A small drugstore turned out to be in the hotel, although grossly overpriced. I think these issues were an isolated problem, except the prices in the drugstore and the lack of provision of basic toiletries to paying guests. I had a large room with a beautiful view.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Bally's Las Vegas.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was nice as casinos go and tied to the Paris hotel.

This hotel made me feel practical: I was there at a workshop and convention and their business center was very efficient and it gave me a sense of practical business applications.

It is a nice, modern hotel for a very reasonable price, in a good location on the Strip. I enjoyed the coffee bar located in the lobby. The hotel was a bit smoky, however, and that was a turn off.
