I always stay at Bally's and like the comfort and location, and am very pleased with everything.

This hotel made me feel important: The folks in charge of reservations are always friendly and I know my way around and it is located very conveniently.

All was good. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room key card didn't work. Every time we needed to go back down to the front desk to get it resensitized. We should have been given a new room. They did take off the cost of a cot rental on the bill but it was very inconvenient to go back and forth at least twenty times during our visit between the three people staying in the room.

It was a great location and had nice rooms.

It is a smaller casino, less noisy, and easier to negotiate. The slot machines at the bars are fun and the bartenders are pleasant. I have no complaints as I almost always stay there.

This hotel made me feel secure: The casino personnel are obvious. There are very few strange characters.

The location is perfect for accessing other casinos and shopping. The rooms are adequate, the beds are reasonably comfortable and the security is good.

I spent a lot of time in the pool area. It was a nice area but I would have liked to see a better sound system so you could hear music while at the pool.

I love the location on the Strip. It is sort of in the middle, whereby you can enjoy walking to the other casinos. The staff is wonderful. It has excellent customer service. The comps from using the Total Rewards card is wonderful. I would not want to stay anywhere else.

This hotel made me feel excited: The accommodations are great. The slots payout is good. The staff has excellent customer service skills.

I liked its great location, its casino, and the large clean rooms.

I like the way it looked. The room was very spacious, and it’s close to all the other hotels on the Strip. There was good parking for my car. It’s easy to get around. The service was great.

The air conditioning did not cool adequately.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and would recommend it to anyone seeking accommodations in Las Vegas. It is centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip. The staff always seems to be so helpful, especially during check-in.

We were very pleased with the hotel. We heard that the rooms were recently remodeled and we found out that the bathrooms were. We liked that that hotel was open to the one next door which was Paris. We were able to enjoy the amenities of both without going outside.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The hotel was very busy. They have good room rates for a price wise trip.

There is nothing to say, everything was fine from beginning to end.

I enjoyed the hotel experience. I was particularly impressed with the pool area, which was vast and all-encompassing. The rooms in the hotel were a bit of a hassle to access, though this seemed standard given the casino combo.

I didn't like that you had to pay to use the gym. Also, there was no robe in the room.

The upgraded room had a non-functioning Jacuzzi which was fixed the next day. The hotel was noisy, smoky, and not terribly attractive.

It’s a great location. It has a monorail station. It is now connected with the Paris Casino. Harrah's keeps their facilities very clean.
