They have not enough mid priced food cafes.

They have very nice accommodations. The bathroom tiles were loose and the bathroom could use renovation.

This is a well run facility. I will return there.

This hotel made me feel content: The hotel was well furnished and all was in good order. The maid service was prompt.

We always have a wonderful time staying there. The pool was excellent and inviting and the help was polite and helpful. We did ask that our room not overlook the air conditioners and we were given exactly that. However, the stay was delightful.

This hotel made me feel secure: The quietness of the hallways and the well lit lobby was well supervised. The shuttle to the Rio casino was very helpful and gave us a secure way to travel to other casinos.

We always like to stay at the Bally's hotel. It is clean, with good prices and it is located on the Strip.

We had a great time. We saw a show. All in all it was a lot of fun.

I have been going to Vegas for a long time. this is the first time at ballys. My son and I went for 3 nights of fun and gambling, we were treated good by all the staff, rooms clean & good food. would recomend this place to anyone. rick

I stayed there many nights earlier this year - always in the north tower - really nice rooms - some times for as little as $59 per night. Great value -great location although the casino is a little smoky.

This Hotel was the worst experience of my life. They did not honor the previous reservation for a connecting room. Very rude service since you register. The rooms in the South Tower where dirty, dust everywhere, old and dirty curtains, old and damage furniture, no decoration at all, no bedspreads, old and dirty pillows and mattress, old fixtures in the bathroom with stains and molds in the wallpaper, old TV, no internet working, very bad room service and housekeeping, old and stain towels, dirty food plates for days in the hall... I got sick after two days, then with a lot of trouble, they change us to the North Tower which is better, but, there was no towels, no bedspread, no view...well, it was a really nightmare!!! It is not worthwhile for the price they charge.

Plesant StayNo reson to leave the hotel. Rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Hotel staff ensured that we stayed in room with nicest view. We really enjoyed our stay there.

No reson to leave the hotel. The staff was helpful, the food was great, the casino was a blast. You cant beat the location. No reson to leave Ballys.

Before checking out be sure to examine your bill.Someone charged a $45 dinner at Paris and it was added to our bill. After explaining that we didn't eat at Paris, the employee said that he would take it off and would added back if needed AFTER an "investigation" was held! You would think that we had just robbed the place! I lost 50 times that at the blackjack table!He was basically calling us liars!I told him again"we did not eat at paris and that is NOT our bill"You would think that when someone charges a meal or item, that someone would ask for a room key or call the front desk before the person leaves the restaurant! other than that we had a great time.Service was good ...we stayed in the North towers and paid $60 more for the upgrade...clean,nice and roomy...marble in the bathroom.I would stay here again.Only one drawback ...no $5 tables here ...all start at $10!

The check-in and check-out process was great. There was a short wait and a very helpful staff. They also follow-up us frequently to see if you are satisfied and ask if you have any suggestions to improve their services. I like that.

The location was excellent on the center of the Strip. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel restaurants were reasonably priced and the food was very good. I would stay there again.

It’s a convenient location on the Strip, especially since it connects to Paris. The tower rooms are better, ask for one of those.
