I always love staying at the Tower at Ballys. The comps are good but unfortunately the room, even though I requested a smoking room, really smelled of stale smoke. They used Fabreeze or something because this is the first time that I stayed there that the room was stinky.

The valet parking men were very charming and helpful. The check in went very smooth and they were very accommodating to let us check in for four days all at once instead of coming back down after two days. The bellmen were also very helpful.

It was extremely comfortable and service was good. The problem we had with the room was a broken chair, the armrest would become detached at the slightest movement. We called, and I don't believe it was fixed or replaced at all during our stay.

Everything had a utilitarian feel. There wasn't anything extravagant about the hotel or the room. It wasn't really any different than the Holiday Inn down the street.

It was very nice, we are Diamond Members.

No matter where you are at Bally's the staff is extremely friendly, always saying hello and always asking if they can help you with something.

It’s close to our daughter's home in Ventnor and the best all around hotel in Atlantic City for gaming, dining, and relaxation.

Despite not being a high roller, I was treated as one.

There was extreme construction noise overhead which started at seven a.m. I have stayed at this hotel a few times and never had this problem. It’s a good location with nice facilities.
