BE AWARE...DO NOT SEND YOUR DEPOSIT VIA CHECK AS DEMANDED! I DID AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESERVATION CONFIRMATION AND ENDED UP CANCELING MY TRIP BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO ROOM RESERVED FOR ME. WHEN I INQUIRED I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO PROVE I PAID BY SENDING MY RETURNED CHECK! THEY INDICATED THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP TRACK OF INCOMING PAYMENTS! OWERS SON RUNS THE PLACE AND HE IS VERY RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST. I DID STILL GO TO NJ ON VACATION AND ACTUALLY STAYED AT A HOTEL VERY NEAR THE BAL HARBOUR AND I MUST SAY THE BAL HARBOUR IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HEADACHE. I LOST MY DEPOSIT AND YOU COULD TOO! STAY CLEAR AND CHECK OUT THE OTHER HOTELS NEAR BY (THE ROYAL HAWAIIAN WAS AWESOME). THEY DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS BUT DO NOT FOR THE DEPOSIT SO THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU CAN NOT DISPUTE IT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS ASSISTANCE!!!
