The Residence Espace 2 Les Hauts de Valmeinier is a ski in/ski out complex located at the foot of the slopes in the resort of Valmeinier, part of the Valloire linked ski area. The residence's 160 bright and simply furnished apartments, spread over five floors in two buildings, all open out onto balconies with mountain views. Fully equipped kitchenettes are included in each apartment for self catering. Guests will find a concierge service on hand to offer assistance throughout their stay. Skiers can take advantage of the ski shuttle to the surrounding slopes. Practical amenities include a parking garage and ski storage. The residence faces the slopes of the Valmeinier resort, which together with the other resorts of the Valloire region, can offer 150 kilometres of piste (featuring 83 runs of varying difficulty and 33 ski lifts). The nearest slopes are 20 metres from the complex, and the ski lift is 70 metres away. The village of Valmeinier has both a children's club and ski school, as well as other winter activities such as skating on the ice rink and the weekly torchlit descent. At the end of the day, there are several locations in the village for guests to enjoy the après ski. The nearest airports are Chambéry Savoie and Lyon Saint Exupery (Satolas), 110 and 250 kilometres from the resort respectively.

About a year ago my family stayed here for a cheer competition. It was reasonably priced for a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. We had a great time. It is right on the beach and had a beautiful pool.

Horrible
The Bahia Mar "resort" in South Padre Island is by far the worst hotel I have ever been. We were there for a conference, and had no choice in the hotel selection. I do not think it has had any updating done to it since the day it opened....

28 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Well just to point out a couple things, the refrigerator racks were all broken the furniture in the rooms were very damaged and poorly cleaned, there is most definitely a roach problem( I saw the hole in the cabinets where they were coming out of ) absolutely no hot water and when told at the desk they simply said there was nothing they could do and let us shower in another room with a time limit. All of the balcony railings were rotting and unattached so I wouldn't recommend you letting your children out side of the balcony. But above all of these things I think it is a very unsanitary place and maybe even a risk to your health.
despite of everything that we heard and read on the internet my friends and i decided to stay there i loved there place great service cleaness was well and i absoulutley loved the view it was excellent i cant wait to go...
