I recently took a vacation to California with my family and upon checking into the hotel, i was greeted by whom i believe was the general manager or owner. Either way, Shirley was really nice, and made sure her employee checked me in quickly. They also gave me a map of the area, told us what we should do to have a good time at Disneyland, and provided us with shuttle service. All in all, the service was just amazing!
