The hotel facility was nice , but during my stay at the hotel we experienced a fire which caused us to wait outside and in the lobby for over 2 hours which made the stay horrible. It was cold and we should have gotten some type of compensation for...

The staff were helpful upon check in and checkout. The room was nice but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the sink and tub and a used towel on the back of the door. The carpeting was dirty and needs to be replaced....

There was no bellman when we arrived. Bathroom needed refurbishing. Somewhat noisy, especially if your room has a connecting door. Their TV was loud in the other room. However, the hotel was clean, convenient to airport, had a good restaurant/lounge ...
