The room service (to include the cuisine) was fantastic!!Not a thing! This hotel far surpassed what I expected. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The bedding was luxurious. I will definitely return.

Comfortable rooms, easy shuttle to airport.staff was not a friendly as they could have been. Close to BWI but quiet (can't hear the planes taking off). Large, comfortable room with nice amenities.

Other than that my room wasn't ready at 1pm after a fourteen hour flight everything was perfect.No empathy when my room was unavailable. I slept in the lobby until it was. Very nice environment. Great beds. Closest bed to home in some time.
