We returned here 1-1/2 years later to take refuge from the ice storm. The staff was very accommodating with everything. Put us in a newly remodeled room and provided what room lacked due to not quite being ready. We will return for summer trips to water park. They will be a Choice Privileges hotel in 90 days. They are still remodeling, but all the workers are nice and helpful. This hotel is HUGE and not uppity or stuffy and has a computer in the lobby + brochures, huge heated pool and baggage valets.
