with a budget

Worst place ever to host a wedding reception. Staff is nice but manager is rude and promised tables and chairs that never appeared. Roof leaked on guests, electrical outlets didn't work, and he didn't have the couples name on front sign as promised. Overall the building is in disrepair and they need to get a qualified person to take charge.

with a budget

My daugher thought the event area would be pretty for her wedding. The guy in charge promised her all the nessesary tables and chairs then didn't ever get them, she called him asking for them and he was very very rude and made her cry all afternoon before her wedding day. The tables never came and the outlets didn't work for the coffee pots. I had to get two tables from the pool just for the punch. Alot of guests had to stand. The roof leaked. The manager was mean to his staff in front of us, like it was their fault he had promised us things that he didn't supply. Building is in bad repair. Overall the staff bent over backwards but the guy in charge needs to find a new line of work. Bad for business to be hateful to the bride.

39 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

we stayed over the weekend the place was full but the front desk clerk found us a room. he was so nice and very helpful, the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy!the rooms were nice and clean the pool was wonderful, and they had a good breakfast.I can say that if we would have went to a more expensive hotel up the road we would have not gotten such good sevice and would not not have felt like home, this hotel did make us feel at home and very welcomed!!!

The front desk clerk was nice but rather odd (the brows and mustache were different). The room had been freshly painted but not necessarily cleaned. It looked as though they had painted everything as opposed to fix or clean. However, the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The adjoining door was missing the door knob.

37 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

Just a really bad experience. I would not let my any of my family stay at this place. Staff was very nice, but management was severely lacking in both etiquette and just plain manners. One of the worse attitudes I have ever witnessed against their own staff and employees. A fine example of how to demean and put down the people who are working for you. The "manager", if you want to call him that, had a nasty, hateful attitude. I should never have stopped. It would take a hell of a ice storm for me to ever stay there again.
