I stayed here because it was the only recommended hotel at the business course I was attending for the week at Chapman University.
The insulation of the room was so poor that I could hear the people talking next door along with their 5 am wake up calls in the morning which kept ringing until 6 am. I assume that some of the doors were not soft-shutting because I heard slamming doors all night for the duration of my stay. It’s very frustrating when you are trying to do business. The hotel did not have a working computer for email access so you were out of luck if you didn't have a laptop.
The breakfast was decent, they had strong coffee, but the breakfast room was always busy so it was difficult to find an empty seat. I had to share a table with other diners 2/3 mornings.
I would not stay here again. I would much rather have stayed across the street at the Double Tree or across the freeway at the Radisson.
