Ayres Hotel and Suites - Page 1

As a company we stay at the Ayers Suites and they have always been accommodating.

I love the fact that the room has a wall between the two queen size beds. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts, they were great! I was a little annoyed that our room keys continually stopped working because our room kept being recoded.

I made reservations a number of months earlier, but upon check-in, I was offered the wrong type of room, which I found happened to a number of other people with my group. They did correct this and the room was lovely with a nice little kitchen area. I really enjoyed having down comforters on the beds and a wall between the two beds. The microwave in the room wasn't working, but they did have a repairman come and fix it. They also had a great buffet breakfast. I was with a group who uses this hotel and the convention center every year and this was the first year that they closed down the pool earlier than originally advertised and put up a new sign for the hours for the pool over the normal sign to keep us out of it in the evening after coming back from our convention. A few people complained and the hotel let them into a pool at another hotel close by. We had a large number of people staying at this hotel and felt this was definitely unfair treatment. In the end, I loved staying at this hotel and am looking forward to staying there again next year.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hotel staff was all very friendly and the maids even gave us a few extra soaps and lotions to take home with us. The room had down comforters and pillows and was very nice. The little kitchen area was very nice and definitely helped us feel at home.

I have no complaints about the hotel. It was clean, friendly and convenient to where I was going.
