It was of very good quality for the price. A great breakfast was included. The grounds and the decor were elegant. Even though it was close to the airport, the noise was not an issue.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They took care of a reservation problem. The ambiance was peaceful and the service was elegant. The breakfast was amazing.

Everything was just fine. For the extra money I would always reserve a suite instead of a deluxe room.

This hotel made me feel important: Whenever we needed anything they made it seem like there was nothing else more special than getting it for us.

The hotel had a bad smell, very strong. The hotel was dirty, especially the carpets. Myself and another woman staying with me suffered terribly with allergies to something in the hotel. Maybe other locations are not this bad, but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was well located next to a freeway, but watch out for the signage on Bristol Street. Because the hotel was on a section of one-way street, it may be hassle to make your way back around. Also, with the airport literally across the freeway, expect a lot aircraft noise during the day but no flights during the night, when you were poolside or sitting outdoors at the hotel's restaurant.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: My room and facilities were clean. The decor and hotel layout added a slightly more elegant. It had a European feel than most American hotels. The catered meals were very good, and their visual presentation was excellent.

The hotel's staff was inefficient and unfriendly. The rooms were not made up by 3.30 in the afternoon. The response to complaints was very slow.
