The Avista Resort is a brand new full service resort offering designer furnished, spacious 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condominiums. Each including a full kitchen, high speed internet access and balcony with breath taking ocean views. Our guests will experience true southern hospitality at an amazing resort. The Avista Resort amenities include oceanfront pools, lazy rivers, children's pool, spas, restaurant, lounge and fitness center. Reservations not knowingly booked for those less than 25 years of age will not be honored upon check-in.

The hotel will look after you well with a number of ammenities including a well equipped fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with some nice extras and most of them have a beachfront view. There are restaurants on site and more nearby. The staff are alwasy willing to help and ensure that you have a good stay.

I am so particular about hotels - regarding cleanliness. This has got to be one of the cleanest hotel/resort we've ever stayed at. Me and my family have stayed several times, with different types of rooms from the 1br all the way to the 3 br which is larger than any house I've ever lived in!
Only drawback was the pool is really not big enough for the number of potential guests at the hotel.
