The Avista Resort is a brand new full service resort offering designer furnished, spacious 1, 2, & 3 bedroom condominiums. Each including a full kitchen, high speed internet access and balcony with breath taking ocean views. Our guests will experience true southern hospitality at an amazing resort. The Avista Resort amenities include oceanfront pools, lazy rivers, children's pool, spas, restaurant, lounge and fitness center. Reservations not knowingly booked for those less than 25 years of age will not be honored upon check-in.

35 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Location- perfect! Style and accomendations- perfect! The only negative thing was having to stay on the 17th floor..the elevators took forever to go from one location to the next..other than that...excellent!
Stayed at the Avista last May & returning this year. Coming from Omaha, Ne., after 10 hrs worth of flying, I was pretty worn out. Check-in was easy & I went for broke & rented the 3 bedroom corner DLX. Everything was near as perfect as advertised. F

got there and they had changed my show pkg,I booked two christmas shows on line,one vip,one gold,got there and only got one shows tickets and we we so far in the back we couldnt see,not worth the 100 dollars I paid,also order a avista pkg of roses...
Yes had a wonderful experience and the staff was very courtieus and helpful. The condo-rooms were nice and had all the amenities required. The view was out of the world and could see the ocean from all the 3 b/rooms. Very well maintained.........
Will NEVER plan a vacation with them again!

Just returned from a family reunion at Avista "Resort (???)", and no one in our group had anything good to say. The pools and deck were small and disgusting with NO bathrooms, rooms are unkept, parking is a joke (unsecured, tiny spaces, and across a VERY BUSY 4-lane road), no one ever around at the pool, staff is unfriendly to say the least, and overall, it is just a CHEAP, LOW-RATE MOTEL...NOT a "resort." Perhaps a good place for college kids on Spring Break, but NO WAY will we ever return to this place, and I will make sure everyone I know stays clear as well! Heed the advice and look elsewhere for a nice, clean, family-friendly resort!
