We traveled here last summer, originally staying at the Cliff's Resort. After our first day at the Cliff's (which was just OK) we took a drive and found this adorable new hotel. They had rooms available and we were able to get out of our weeklong committment at the Cliff's. I absolutely loved this place. The rooms are decorated very cute, the location is directly across the street from avila beach, and there is a cool kiddie park on the other side of the road. The pool was pretty warm, and there were even wind barriers around it (which really helped). This all-suite hotel also includes one of the best continental breakfasts ever! We stayed in the one bedroom (two rooms, though), which was perfect for us, but they also have much, much larger rooms available. The only downside was that there is no restaurant on the actual premises, but it is just around the road. Very quaint (and practically brand-new) town. Lots of fun for families!
