The bathroom was unclean--I was surprised about this. But I noticed down in the lobby that the hotel is due for a renovation in the near future; perhaps that will help.
The ease of the valet/check-in process was very smooth and efficient. Our oversized room was larger than I had anticipated and the chairs/beds were comfortable.

They messed up our reservations, then gave a room away while we were out one evening and didn't have access to our room when returning. They gave me old food (bad seafood) when I ordered room service, and the hair dryer didn't work.
