we received wrong room lady at desk was rude the drain in bathroom didint work no microwve and dvd player like the computer showed there were garbage all over the parking lot
I wanted queen beds but only was able to get double beds. I asked for a roll out bed but the room was too small. The bathroom was also small. The jets in the spa were not working properly.

Loved this place. Great value for money. Very clean, warm welcome. Location is excellent, staff very welcoming and courtious. Will surely consider staying here again.

It is a good hotel, with many renovated rooms. IHOP is a poor choice for a restaurant, but Benegans is good. On my recent stay the smoke detector malfunctioned and continued to sound for no reason.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Avatar Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

Photo of rooms on web site do not represent rooms at this property. All rooms have exterior hallway doors. Customer service is poor to fair. Property was clean, but you cannot access the front desk before 6am.

Horrible
They promised a shuttle to and from the park every 30 min. Didn't happen... We reserved 6 rooms promised to be grouped and they were scattered all over the place. They promised theme park tickets and the price went up after check...
