Very frustrating experience. This place was horrible, They did not even have our room made up for our second night. We come home tired from playing in snow all day and our mattress is against the wall and maid service had not even completed there job. They refused to refund our money for the second night, said they would fix it but it would be about 20 minutes ARRGGH hard to hear that when kids are screaming etc. So we left, they still charged us and we never plan to go there again.

The hotel is easy to access, in a good location and it has nice accommodations.

There is no air conditioning. How can they be listed as a 3 star hotel without air conditioning? The rooms are also very noisy.

The staff was nice. They require that you use make-up removal cloths in the bathroom, but once the two initial cloths were used, they never replaced them. The person cleaning the room always unplugged the clock in order to plug the vacuum, but they
