Paid 3 star price for 1 star accomodations. Service terrible: requested extra pillows first night, couldn't get them because no one had key to house keeping, requested them next morning, weren't there when we returned at 5:00, third request got pillows. We had smoking room: 1 ash tray, requested additional ash tray, was told there weren't any, complained and they said they would check, they found one and said I could pick it up (Huh?, this is supposed to be a 3 star hotel) complained and they brought it up. Wanted ice, went to three floors, all out or broken, called front desk asking for ice, said no can do, got a hold of GM, he finally brought ice. Was told parking was below hotel, they never mentioned that it was often full and where over flow parking was. We had to search for parking on street several times. Never saw a bell boy or conceirge. The hotel and room were spacious, but the whole place needs a complete renovation. Literally water dripping from ceiling in to bucket in main lobby when we checked in (it was eventually fixed) Only two elevators, so waiting was common. Hall way rugs are stained and worn, trim molding missing in many areas, and the placed just had an old grimy feel. In room, wall paper was peeling, cheep plastic faucet in sink, sink drain didnt work right, vanity top was not secured to vanity, shoddy workmanship on things that had beed fixed, no microwave, no refrigerator, chairs are not the ones you see in picture, no dresser, old 15" TV. We assumed we were staying in something comparable to a Hilton, not so much, more like an old Motel Six. Run, don't walk away from this place. Oh yea, the coffee is crappy too.
