The hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided free was delicious and lasted from 0630 until 1100 each day.
Proximity to the Prater Park, the boat dock, and the underground station made getting around the entire region an easy task.
Hotel personnel were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. If they did not know an answer, they called for help or looked up the data on the computer while you waited.
I really loved the high (13ft ceilings) in the rooms with large windows and the roomy shower. I'm hooked on the huge down pillows and the comfortable beds (beds are low to the floor and take a little getting used to).
My only suggestion is that air conditioning is provided in the future. My wife was comfortable but I like it cooler for sleeping. We stayed from 11 September until 21 September and enjoyed every minute.
