I suppose if you like broken furniture, dead bugs, sloppy attempts at clean up, and a general attitude of indifference toward the previously mentioned details then you may enjoy a stay at this motel. Otherwise, I can not recommend that you stay here....

The stay is always a nice treat at the Red Roof Inn hotels.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Red Roof Inn & Suites Augusta.

It’s a very nice place and the people were friendly.

They always offered pleasant greetings.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn & Suites Augusta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

71 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The room was comfortable except for poor lighting. The staff was courteous and helped in getting us a first floor room which we had been confirmed by central reservations without knowledge of the property.

I am very likely to return to the Red Roof Inn & Suites Augusta.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Personnel were extremely personable and helpful. It was quiet...no noise from the hallway. The air conditioner was great! Computers were available in the lobby, and computer access was in the rooms, too. Breakfast was a great assortment of...

Booked several rooms for guests; one room had funny smell, two had no Kleenex, remote battery covers were missing, several power outlets were loose, one room had no shampoo; pool was OK, bed sheets and towels seemed alright.
