Audrey's Motel Motel - Page 1

After hours of traveling, stopping at Audrey's was a dream come true. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They had excellent knowledge of the area and recommended a wonderful restaurant for my hungry family and I (The Club), as well as bringing up some points of interest that we would eventually check out (Squaw Creek Wildlife Refuge). Our room was very clean and quiet, especially during a busy Saturday night. In the morning, we enjoyed the free HOT breakfast and felt ready to continue our journey after full tummies and a full night's rest. THANK YOU, AUDREY'S MOTEL!

First off, my husband and I were greeted right as we walked in by friendly faces. All the staff was very courteous and and went into detail about where the ice machine was as well as the vending machine and to what time the front door would be locked in case we needed to leave for any reason. When we got into the room it was absolutely immaculate. Considering the price I thought for sure the room would be something completely different then what it was but there was a flat screen color tv w/remote as well as the whole channel write up and there were tons of channels including HBO. My husband plugged in his laptop and the wireless connection to the internet was unbelievably fast. We slept very comfortably on the mattress and kept cool with the great air conditioning. In the morning we awoke to a very delicious hot breakfast and wonderful coffee. All of this was for under $50 for the both of us...We will DEFINITELY be coming back here again!

This hotel is very old, and the parking lot needs a new pavement job. The attendant has so far been successful at ripping me off. If you like to be stolen from, this is your place. I am still dealing with the Department of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Bureau to get a refund.

They have no morals and no values whatsoever. The attendant is really good at making up stories to defend himself.

Upon check-in the manager told me blatant lies to make a few extra bucks. They have pet rooms, but this place is not what you would call pet-friendly. I caught the manager in his own lies within 10 minutes of checking in, and, after refusing to leave until my card was credited as promised, I was forced to vacate his property. I am now working with the Department of Consumer Protection. Good luck if you are unfortunate enough to have to stay here. If all other major chains are booked in the area and you are hours from your destination, as was my case, I would suggest you keep on driving. This place is worse than one star out of five.
