We were met even before we got out of the cab, our luggage was taken by Tom & we were escorted into the hotel. we were greeted as long awaited guests. Everything was explained to us such as where we could get more

The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent--got us tickets to Cirque du Soleil when it was "sold out" on the internet. Food was GREAT. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more.
