I appreciated the beautiful rooms and good service. The staff was attentive to amending problems if necessary.

This hotel is in a great location. It was 70 degrees but there was snow just a half hour away. I liked the beautiful scenery. The hotel was very nice.

I like the Atlantis and stay there frequently. But the energy surcharge is a rip off.

The business office was closed on Saturday and Sunday and no other provisions were made for business reasons.

I like the Atlantis. If you stay in a casino in the Reno area, this one is clean, relatively smoke-free in the casino area, totally smoke-free in the rooms, and the rates are inexpensive.

The Atlantis Reno is a nice and moderately-priced hotel. It is clean and comfortable and met all our needs. My only suggestion is that they provide hotel guests with discount coupons for the buffet and restaurants.

The price is usually reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the food is good.

I just wish the handicapped room was closer to the elevator. The carpets are thick and hard to roll on.

The hotel's location was okay. I recommend the sushi bar. But customers need to know that the Atlantis is not within walking distance of downtown Reno.

It was a great trip, especially since it was free. The casinos were not smoke free but they didn't seem to have any smoke. I had an enjoyable time.

Normally we like this hotel. This time we were put in a room designed for handicapped or wheelchair-bound guests. The design of bathroom is not conducive to the comfort of a non-handicapped guest. The shower leaked all over floor, the toilet was too high, and there was not enough counter space around the sink.

The establishment was very smoky - even in the rooms, you could smell the smoke. My eyes burned all the time I was there because of the smoke. Also, I had family in other parts of the hotel and it was very difficult to travel between floors, you had to get off one elevator on a certain floor to catch another to a different floor - it was too confusing.

This is a very nice casino/hotel with comfortable rooms and good restaurants. The underwater decor a little over the top. It's an excellent value, the best place to stay in Reno.

I liked the beds, the bar and the ambience. There was nothing I disliked.

I loved it, it's a great place to stay. It's close to shopping, Lake Tahoe, Carson City, and Virginia City.

We love to stay at this hotel. We live in Fallon which is about 70 miles away, but we stay at Atlantis to enjoy all the facilities. They have a wonderful spa which I always take full advantage of, and I get my hair done there, too. My daughter had a friend stay with her so we had two hotel rooms and everyone treated her with the greatest of respect even though she was only 13. We went for our wedding anniversary and my husband and I stay there at least once a year. We love it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Atlantis, I felt very comfortable with all the accommodations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
