It was very nice and I have stayed there in past. There's always good friendly service.

They represent good value for the money. There is a nice indoor and outdoor pool.

They take pets and it is a great place to stay.

This hotel made me feel hip: Being able to stay with my pet made me feel trendy.

We enjoy the luxurious rooms and the fine dining. Since all our expenses are complimentary, we take advantage of the fine wines and dining that we wouldn't do at home.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I like the quiet seating areas where you can take it easy away from the casino. I also like the steak house, sushi bar, and Monte Vigna restaurants, because they're all rather quiet, spacious, and unhurried.

I like the less hectic area this hotel is located in.

The hotel is easily located off the new Strip. They provide ample parking. Most rooms appear to have nice city or mountain views.

The hotel was very nice. I liked the idea of an indoor and outdoor pool. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from. The price could have been a lot better.

We love staying at the Atlantis. It is far enough away from downtown so it is not overly crowded, yet they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Restaurants, gaming, pools, spa, and a game room for the kids. It's great.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They have great shows, great food, and lots of gaming to choose from. I also enjoyed entering their Texas-hold-em tournaments.

The internet access was not provided with the room. The service in two of the restaurants was extremely slow and the orders were not correct. In one of the restaurants we asked for separate bills, as we were with another couple, and that was not done correctly.

The hotel received me with polite courtesy, got me registered, and directed me to my room. They showed me how to operate the TV and how to call the front desk if I needed any help or supplies. The next morning when I went downstairs I was surprised when they greeted me by name. My room was cleaned while I was away and I was greeted, again by name, when I returned in the evening. My check-out went smoothly, there was no line to wait in, and I was out the door in no time at all. I would recommend it to anyone on business or on a family vacation. The hotel was clean and friendly and I would stay there again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

This hotel made me feel content: I was treated with respect. I was traveling alone and I had the feeling of being watched over in a loving way, the way you would watch over a grandmother. I appreciated that very much. It game me a comfortable feeling.

I like the restaurants. They offer good comps, good rooms, and good views of the Reno area.

There was a bus route and waiting taxis right alongside the entrance, making it very easy to go anywhere else that I needed to. It's very clean and has a top-of-the-line feel throughout the building. I particularly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat sushi bar. Any kind that I wanted was made fresh right in front of my eyes the moment I requested it. Also, when I made the reservation for the sushi bar, I was told at first that it would be about a forty-five minute wait or so. However, they had a cancellation about ten minutes later and the greeter who I'd made the reservation with actually recognized and caught me as I happened to walk by. He addressed me by my first name, and told me they had an opening. That took me by surprise.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The several stories high building, card reader keys, variety of in-hotel restaurants, and well-stocked entertainment areas all helped make the place feel luxurious.

We have to travel to Reno every month and each time we choose to stay at Atlantis. This hotel is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and always clean. It's just a nice place to stay and it doesn't cost a lot. Toucan Charlies buffet restaurant is the best!

The hotel has great food at five different locations within the hotel. The buffet is one of the best I have experienced at a casino, and I have been to just about every well-known buffet in Las Vegas, Reno, and Laughlin over the years. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the beds. The casino comps are fantastic.

It's a very nice hotel with a terrific restaurant. The casino was sort of dark and easy to get lost in. There are lots of dead ends with mirrors to confuse you.

The elevators did not stop at all the floors, you had to find the specific one to your floor. If you had friends or family in another room, or floor, you had to try and figure which elevator to take, get off on one floor, and find another elevator. It was very smoky in the casino and up in the non smoking rooms.

The place is great, I stay there often. The location is ideal, the staff is wonderful, and the buffet is out of this world!

We got a quality three-and-a-half star, out of a possible four-stars, centrally located, upscale Resort Hotel at a very reasonable price.
