We were a group of eleven people and none of us had any problem with the hotel. We loved the restaurants. They had great food and the service was great, too.

I have been visiting for over twenty years and I like the people and the facilities. They are very friendly and capable.

Does the headline say it all? On top of it, security wouldn't do anything about it. I had to make numerous phone calls to report the shirt stolen. We had left for the day and when we returned the shirt was missing out of the closet. This happened last November. I still have no answer as to whether any sort of investigation was done, or if the maid was even questioned about the stolen property. I also reported it to the Reno police department via mail after Atlantis wouldn't do anything for me. No word from them either. I will never ever go back.

On top of it, the hot tub was closed down during our stay there. They charged us to use the weight room. What a rip off! Go anywhere but here, unless you like your stuff stolen.

This place is amazing. I didn't smell like smoke after spending a couple of hours in the casino. They've got great games that pay out. The food is out of this world, I can see why the buffet gets voted best of Reno. The rooms are very clean and if you get the chance ask for a Jacuzzi room that ends in 22. And the spa is great, too.

We loved it and we may stay there again on our next trip out there.

Check in was at three o'clock promptly, not before. The handicapped room did not have a tub. All the desk clerks were very rude to out towners for all the services. The restaurant food and the staff were way below average.

I got a great low price on the room. The restaurant was excellent. It is the preferred location to other hotels and casinos.

I received friendly help from all the employees. It was a nice casino with great food and a good complimentary program.

The Atlantis Reno hotel is a beautiful, clean casino and resort with loads of different slots. However, check in and check out posed problems. It was not smooth, quick or efficient on either end. The room service was also slow and one time they got our order wrong.

This hotel made me feel excited: The casino is huge! They have lots of games and slot machines and bells and whistles going off all the time!

It is a nice facility, I like the location. Check in was quick. It was easy to carry my own luggage in. The price was right and I will use this facility again.

I stay at the Atlantis on most of my stays in Reno. I love the restaurants and casino there.
