They make you feel part of a family and that you are very important to them.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: When there was problems with materials being shipped to me they made me feel like my materials were very important and assured me that everything would be successful for my work.

Room was attractively decorated and well appointed. Not much contact with staff, but contact was pleasant enough.

This hotel made me feel secure: Uniformed security person checked my key every time went to the room elevator.

It is a very nice casino and I had good luck playing the slot machines. The food is also very good. The slot manager gave my group a free dinner because of a slot machine malfunction. Great management!

The only thing did not like was all of the smoking in the casino. They did have a small non-smoking area, but unfortunately you had to walk thru the smoking area to get to it. I hate smelling like a cigarette.

Too noisy and garish. Too confusing to find your way around. Rooms had a strange odor.

An excellent value for the money. The food service is always exceptional.

They had the most actively used pool I have ever seen.

The hotel rooms are nice and the hotel itself was pretty, but the gaming wasn't as friendly as my previous stays. It looks a lot more commercial. The cost of food was higher than other places in the city. I stayed there and did my gaming elsewhere.

I wish they had in room coffee makers!
