It offered easy valet parking. I felt less hassled with room service. Check in was quick and luggage check in was also great. The food facilities were fresh.

The management that was filling in for regular staff went out of their way to make our check in simple and efficient, and they were very polite and pleasant. They had staff right there to take our bags to our rooms, and gave us information about the strike and what the ramifications of it would be.
