We stayed on the 10th floor. The beds were terrible and sagging. The chest of drawers were stuck and out of alignment. One electrical outlet had burn marks. The hair dryer was loose and exposed the electrical wires.

It was a high quality experience. I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the quality foods in various eateries within the hotel. I also enjoyed the clean spacious rooms with quick check in and check out.

The Hilton hotel staff was great. Check in, as usual, is not great as there never seems to be enough staff on hand which is strange because they know when check in time is.
The check in staff was understanding for the wait. The staff also made sure to tell us if any issue we had with the room to call right away.
