It was very comfortable. The weekend that we stayed, there was a snow storm. There were no qualms about our stay should there have been a shutdown of the highways, hindering our return.

They made check-in very easy and unstressful. The maid service was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The restaurant personnel were courteous and pleasant and made you feel welcome.

Have to wait at least 30 mins to check in. Not enough staff. They don't take Hilton Honors or Southwest Rapid Rewards. The room had marbled floors and 4 upholstered chairs. Walls are thin as noisy neighbors can cause you to lose sleep. Parking is...

This hotel is a Hilton in name only. It does not offer Hilton Honors points or benefits to Hilton Honors members. To me it is misrepresenting itself as a Hilton as a staff member told me they do not know why it is called a Hilton.
