The property is a picture postcard landscaped resort aimed at tourists and it tries to recreate a legacy plantation experience. The villas are clean and well cared for. The desk personnel is quite friendly and personable.
The desk and reservations staff knows me by both voice and sight. They make attempts to accommodate me even when the property is booked. They are helpful in supplying documentation for reimbursement for travel expenses.
I am very likely
to return to the Aston Waimea Plantation Cottages formerly ResortQuest.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
