On the shores of Wailua Bay, where Hawaiian Royalty once played, you too can experience the Royal treatment at Kauai's new Aloha Beach Resort. Ancient Hawaiian had to pound poi, catch fish, and climb coconut trees. You can visit the restaurant, deli, poolside bar - or simply dial room service. The Ancients greet the dawn at Hikina A Kala, where the rays of the rising sun first embrace the eastern shore. Balmy trade winds and the scent of plumeria, miles of sandy beaches for shelling and sunbathing, sunsets the colors of dreams. The Prince Kuhio Dining Court offers something for every taste. Visit the Kahanu Snack Bar for grilled snacks and cold drinks poolside. The Kuhio Lounge is just the place to celebrate another day in paradise with a cool, tropical cocktail. This resort suggests many activities of all variety. Swing a racket or sway in hammock; scuba, snorkel, or string flowers for a lei; golf, hike, bike, swim, or snooze...anything. They have the Island's safest swimming beach, two pools, a Jacuzzi, and a fitness club. Children - royal or otherwise - can splash `n snorkel away the hours, or romp at spectacular Kamalani Playground. From its crystalline sands to its aquamarine seas, Kauai is the perfect place to savor nature's outdoor pleasures.

This is an excellent older hotel! It has a friendly efficient staff, good food and service and an attractive and convenient location. The rooms are not new but they are very pleasant, with good amenities.
I am very likely
to return to the Aston Aloha Beach Hotel formerly ResortQuest.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
