The service was outstanding (genuinely welcoming and friendly and never over-familiar or cloying); the location was wonderful (without any hotels around); the suite was well equipped and all the hotels facilities were impeccably maintained.

The breakfast in the morning is included and is absolutely delicious. When you first get to the hotel, you are greeted by the great host manager and treated to complimentary champagne and fruits while you enjoy your first couple hours looking over the caldera and really getting to take in the beautiful views from the private terrace.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend it to any couple on honeymoon, anniversary, or just a holiday. Definitely not a singles or kids place though.

The privacy adds value to the finest amenities that it offers. The service was excellent, the owners and staff make you feel like you’re family. The suite was cleaned twice every day. I requested for a private jewelry show in order to propose to my wife, and it was arranged the same day.

I stayed the Honeymoon Suite with the indoor Jacuzzi pool with Swarofski crystals on the roof, and the private outdoor pool. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Santorini, and especially for honeymooners. We hope to visit again! Definitely higher than a 5 Star Hotel! It’s truly a top notch hotel with first class service. It’s unlike any hotel we’ve ever been to before.

It provides privacy, since there is no direct connection with other hotels in addition to the hotels in Oia and Imerovigli, where everyone can see what you are doing, yet it does not sacrifice on service or uniqueness.

Right from our arrival, the service was incredible, from the front desk to poolside. Our room had a fantastic view of volcano even from inside the suite. It is completely unique! The bathrooms are also very nice, cozy, and clean. However, the Jacuzzi was fantastic, because it had crystals on the roof, which made me feel as if I was looking at the sky.

Our rooms were constantly cleaned and well-stocked by the housekeeping staff. The pool was also great. The breakfast every morning is tasteful, you don't have to wake up early because they serve it until noon either near the pool or to your room! The staff is very helpful in planning any excursions around Santorini.
