I stayed at this hotel on May 2, 2008 - May 4, 2008. I am very displeased with my very unpleasant experience especially with the unacceptable service that I received for the price that I paid ($295) to stay at this hotel. My room was also extremely unclean. I was actually afraid to touch anything. The furniture was broken down and the room spelled of smoke. There were no towels, hand towels or wash clothes in the room when we arrived at around 2 pm. My husband and I only recieved two towels during our entire stay despite my repeated requests. We only received these towels because we snatched them off of a maids cart. They were the only ones she had. Between the two of us we ask for towels at least two dozen times within the two day stay. During the rest of the stay we never encountered another housekeeper and our room was never serviced. We had to use a hairdryer to dry off after our showers. I asked to speak with a manager many times and was never able to speak with one. I am much less than satisfied and will never return to this hotel. I will also suggest that no one else stay there either.

RUN AWAY FAST. I travel quite often and I must say this was the worst experience in staying in a hotel I have ever had. We called three times for towels and were never brought any. Went to the front desk the next morning and was told there was none to give. We had no towels or washcloths during the length of our stay. My friend's purse was stolen out of the room while we were gone. The manager was extremely rude and could care less that our privacy had been violated. She told us that probably someone from the underground parking lot came up the elevator and stole it and it was our fault for leaving the purse in the room. I told her that if the room had a safe we would have used it because we felt uncomfortable leaving it in the car. There is no security. We called the police and filed a report and was told that there have been quite a lot of thefts at this hotel. Anyone from the street has access to the inside of the hotel 24 hours a day. The manager did comp us $20.00 for no towels after she knew about the purse being stolen. I asked her about the security cameras and if she could check some of them in an attempt to see anyone carrying the purse and she told us that the camera's were not filming and if we had a problem to take it up with the corporate office in Las Vegas. She would not give any information and again was extremely rude and uncaring. The hotel was very dirty. There were phone books supporting our bed underneath, the legs on the coffee table were broke and the chair in the room was broke. This place is a slum and is run like a slum. It needs to be demolished. The female manager of this hotel needs to be replaced. All I can say is she would never work for me.

Horrible
We stayed here for the Memphis in May festival. I will not be going back. The bathroom had old toothpaste on the sink, back-splash, and toilet paper holder. The hotel says that there is no smoking allowed in rooms, yet our room reeked of...
My roommate found a BED BUG in my bed while I was in the shower and had she not stated that we needed to move to another room, nothing was going to be done. On our last day there we went out for about 2 hours before checking out someone decided to have LUNCH in our room and leave French fries all over the floor while our personal items was still in the room. The hallways are dark and gloomy, the picture shown is only the 8th floor, the rest of the rooms are the PITS.

The entrance in the lobby is simply beautiful - but that is where the beauty ends. The rooms are filty, the bathroom unbelievable nasty. No towels were available. The carpet was in need of repair, or just a good shampoo. The parking in the basement was awful. The smell in the room was awful. Only one elevator worked.
My husband booked our room on Travelocity, and their reviews said the hotel was nice, averaging about 3 out of 5 stars. (Which to us means 'average')
We got here and checked in, and to our chagrin and surprise, we were charged an...
When we got to our room we found it had just been remodled or something like that.In the bathroom there was a list of things to do to the room, old chaulking in the tub shower, tools on sink. After traveling all day this was not what I wanted in a...

On August 14, 2006 at 9:00 pm I made a reservation for August 15. The next day at 2:30 pm, I called to cancel it. They would not cancel, or even refund part of my money. They were not very courteous.
