52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

We have stayed there a few times. It is easy to get to from the interstate. The service and the comfort are wonderful. It is a privately owned inn that is family run. It is a low key place to relax. People with children or people who like wild activity will not find it here. Bring a good book and sit by the pool. They also have a nice fitness room. There are DVD players and wireless internet access in the rooms.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Our room had a private patio where I sat on a chaise lounge and read. There was also a gas fireplace by the pool. It was December so my husband and I ordered a drink and sat by the fire. No one else was around.

I am very likely to return to the Arizona Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

50 year old male with a moderate budget

The service is very attentive, the grounds are plush and gorgeously landscaped and each of the rooms is unique. Antiques and period pieces decorate all of the common areas. The pool when it is lit up at night has a magical feel to it.

The breakfast, in the beautiful dining room, that is included with the price of the room was excellent. If you want to know what elegance and service were before the homogenized world we live in today then check out the Arizona Inn.

I am very likely to return to the Arizona Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The hotel is beautiful with large southwestern style gardens, historic buildings, and most of the amenities of a first class resort. It is located near the University of Arizona, but it is otherwise somewhat isolated from other amenities.

Do not go to this hotel. The staff was very unhelpful and the rooms and beds are horrible. My self and my younger brother stayed for one night. When we first recieved a room with one queen bed, when a room with two beds was reserved, and was a major ordeal to get the room that I originaly reserved. I also requested a late check-out the entire time, and was told that it would be allowed until that morning when I went to make sure it was ok on my way out for business so my brother could stay in the room. After another ordeal they said they could let me have a late check-out. I was able to get back to the room and my brother early before the standard check out, and I come back to my brother upset because somebody else was checked into the room before we checked out, and they were trying to get in, and the front desk wouldn't help. I talked to the General Manager and he is just as unhelpfull as the rest of the staff.

I am not likely to return to the Arizona Inn.

22 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The exterior landscape was beautiful on a summer day. The staff was willing and able to go the extra step to make your stay comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night.

I am very likely to return to the Arizona Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
