Overall the hotel is very beautiful. But the customer service was not so good in the waterpark or the hotel.They can also use a better kid freindly menu at the waterpark.I would not stay in this hotel again.

This resort is quite nice but the Oasis waterpark is only open on weekends during the winter. This is not clearly indicated on this website. If you still choose to go, If I were you I would request that they refund the $25/day facilities fee...

Excellent water park with plenty of lifeguards to have kids 10 and over be safe playing by themselves. Good service and minimal lines - great place for a family vacation.
