We had a wonderful experience. It was a beautiful place and the staff was excellent. I had trouble getting a coffee maker that worked. We went through four coffee makers and another guest finally gave us hers. The hotel did take off the charge.

This hotel made me feel secure: It was well lit, with plenty of people around as well as staff.

All the staff was great at fixing problems. The guest rooms are beginning to show their age and need to be updated.

This hotel made me feel content: The atmosphere is wonderful, relaxing, and conducive to feeling like a get-away, even though I was there for business.

The grounds and the architecture were amazingly beautiful. They had a tiny whirlpool, a broken steam room and a small sauna. That was not really a spa.

The standard level of service is excellent. The Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa was outstanding.

Everything was great except they had trouble with how the coffee pots worked. It took four, and the fourth I received from another guest, to get one that worked. The staff and manager were very nice about the problem, they just did not understand how it worked, and did not charge us for the coffeepot.

It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel had very clean rooms and a professional staff.

I love the hotel, I have stayed there all my life. It is fabulous.

It was accommodating, with gorgeous grounds and awesome conference rooms. The food was wonderful, and the room and beds were perfect.

It was centrally located, but was a tad outdated. The price was quite high, but that was due to its amenities, spa, and business facilities. The restaurant was very good, as we went for a holiday buffet.
